Rich And Phamous. Maybe one day.

perspective
My years before architecture have always been absorbed in drawing and design. Architecture was especially appealing due to this upbringing. Realizing ideas has always been a gratifying reward, but architecture became a fascination due to the inherent nature of how people interact with their surrounding environment. Designing and drawing forms that ultimately sculpt space—creating a beautiful place that becomes the catalyst for peoples’ memories. This is the story of the untold hero that is architecture.
beginnings
Traditional Japanese animation highly influences how I process information and find inspiration. As an avid fan for as long as I can remember, I hope I can design with as much character and story as some of the animes I have been blessed with. I taught myself HTML and CSS in high school and went through a phase of experimenting with websites which has now given me the ability to hand-script this website only using notepad. During this time I also played many video games on the PC. After finding a part-time job, the first thing I saved up for was my own computer. General opinion looks down on playing too much video games, but I have to say, it was this combination of video games, computers, and the internet that taught me the best skill anyone in our generation can possess: critical thinking and problem solving using the internet as a resource for knowledge. While Google and YouTube have made this easier, navigating the internet is a skill as difficult as sailing the seas; anyone can get in the boat, but only the best sailors find treasure.
about
richnpham came about from a series of studies (which happened in junior high) finding ways of identifying myself within the depths of the internet. My initials RNP was maybe an obvious choice, but while I was joking around with some friends, I told them I would make it big one day—I had it in me to be rich and famous. And so, there it is. A fun joke every time I tell it. Now, I would much rather be inphamous but either way, seems like too much trouble.
