Centered in New York's Manhattan district, Greenwich Block proposes redesigning the existing Hudson Park Library into a multi-use building, drawing more visitors with a restaurant and cafe ground floor, and offering micro-housing units in the upper floors. The middle section of Greenwich Block offers a public library and a gym for its residents as well as the other locals.
