This wreath represents abstinence of the seven deadly sins. A charm is placed on the home where it is hung. "May this dwelling be without the seven cardinal sins and in its place the heavenly virtues shall prosper."
Designed for Women in Design: New Mexico's holiday wreath event. Over 10 hours of hand weaving, it is comprised of 340' of 16 gauge and and 300' of 19 gauge galvanized steel wire.
This wreath emulates branches of a tree and is a play on how plant life may absorb our sinful natures much like how they convert CO2 to oxygen.
