+ Mixed Media Library
This library envisions a place where traditional bound books and new-age media such as e-books can be housed and studied in order to make new forms of media. The form of the building is a conceptual diagram of how media is housed and the centers of each floor shifts to symbolize the shift in each generation. The stacks, however, always point to this center. Even as the form continues to change, direction is always needed in order to understand where it is we are coming from—and where it is we are going.
